Five years ago, I was right where you were, knowing that keeping a journal is a good but no real idea as too how to create the habit. My name is Angela and I have loved journals all of my life.
Professionally, I am a therapist who uses journals to help my clients discover things about themselves and their lives through this medium. Along my own journey, I’ve used journals to heal, to plan, to discover and for everything in between.
I am also a collector of writing implements, journals and other paraphernalia so I understand the pull of the office supply store. The struggle is real. Through the use of different techniques, prompts and gentle encouragement, you will begin using journaling to explore your life.
