    I have journal guilt, I think.  I’ve been thinking about this question a lot lately, mostly in regards to my own journaling. You see, I’ve been a morning pages writer for quite some time and, lately, it’s been a struggle to do this in the mornings. The truth is I love journaling. I love the idea of writing down my thoughts and feelings. I like to be able to go back and look at the words I’ve written, remembering the day.
